Weekly Update – June 28

Rebecca has sent a short email to all Teaching and Group Life Coordinators asking about teaching plans for the fall and a special note about caring for your DCs. Please ensure that you read over that email when you can! We are so grateful for you all.

DC Announcements:

1. Summer Wednesday Nights

- - There will be no ministries on campus this coming Wednesday night, July 1.

2. Combined Service July 5

- - On July 5, we will have one combined worship service at 10:30 AM.
  - No DCs or Kids Ministry EXCEPT Nursery and Preschool will be available.

3. We are hiring!

Technical Productions Assistant – full-time
Media Assistant – part-time

4. Young Pros Cookout

- - Join the Young Pros for a summer cookout on July 11! It will be a night of fellowship with outdoor games, food, and, weather permitting, a fire pit.
  - We will also be hosting a Q&A with Pastor Jeff where all questions are welcome. To submit questions, email youngpros@hbclynchburg.com with a subject line Q&A. All questions will be shared anonymously!
  - The main course will be provided so bring sides, desserts, and drinks to share.

Global Workers

The following list is of workers who are currently in the US. We are providing you with this list so you can know who is available if you would like to have them speak in your community either in person or via Zoom. If so, please send an email to Leslie at leslie@hbclynchburg.com. In your email include the dates that you have open and would like for them to come, and also include details of what sharing would look like in your community. Be as specific as you can! This will be helpful for quick and easier communication back and forth. Thank you.
