Young at Heart Monthly Gathering

During our monthly gathering, we desire to empower senior men and women to: 

  • Enjoy a Christ-centered community.
  • Live the gospel life through life’s transitions.
  • Leverage your unique season of influence.

Senior Men's Breakfast

Senior men are invited to have breakfast on the last Wednesday of every month at the Acorn Hill Bistro located at 2134 Old Forest Road from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.  For more information call Jim Tucker (434) 851-3113.

Weekly Meetings for Men

All men are welcome to join the Thursday morning weekly prayer group. This group meets at 6:45 AM in the Israel room at HBC. After prayer, many of the attendees go to breakfast. This group is led by Joe Phillips.

L.Y.D.I.A.

Living Your Days In Abundance

L.Y.D.I.A. is a group for widows and senior single women who seek a deeper relationship with God, a meaningful relationship with each other, and an impactful relationship with the community.

Gathering Details:

Location: The Korea Room at HBC

Time: 10:00 am to 12:30 pm

Cost: $3 for lunch

When: Every 3rd Wednesday of the month September-May.
