After answering the original and follow-up questions, I was sent a Will, a Grantor Trust, a Power of Attorney, and a Living Will. They were all delivered in a professional binder for long-term storage.
It was easy to follow, free and we are now set.
Working with FPM was really a painless process. Lots of great questions to talk through with my spouse as we planned for our young family. It feels great to have a plan set in place should anything happen.
We attended the seminar with some skepticism. While do-it-yourself wills were in place we didn’t think we needed much else. The entire process from attending the seminar to having a complete package (including deed transfers, car registration, wills, power of attorney, and health care directives) took about 4 hours of invested time.
