Youth Tomorrow Night at 6:45 PM

Tomorrow night, we are beginning a two-part lesson called “Blessed Assurance” where we will aim to answer the two questions “Can I know I’m saved?” and How can I know that I’m saved?.” We will look at evidences of salvation more so next week, but this week look at how Jesus views us who have believed in Him. Specifically, we will be focusing the majority of our time in John 14-15, looking at how Jesus talks about us, and the assurance we can draw from His words about us. My hope, and sincere prayer, is that this will solidify us further in the faith, and will whet the appetite for those who may not know the Lord, that they could know themselves they are saved. It is also a worship night tomorrow night!

Small Group Time Questions:

-Was there anything tonight in the lesson or song set that stood out to you?

-What kind of assurance does that bring that if you are in Christ you are a Child of God, the Bride of Christ, and His Friend? What kind of affections does that stir up in you?

-Do you think many in our area struggle with assurance of salvation? Why or why not?

-What would you say to someone who wonders if they are in Christ or not?
