GraceCare GroupsSupport / Recovery Groups
GraceCare Support and Recovery Groups provide opportunities for the body of Christ to minister to one another. The groups meet on a regular basis to provide fellowship, encouragement, practical help, and support for those going through difficult situations, such as grief and loss, cancer, divorce, depression, anxiety, etc.

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a biblical program that seeks to help people overcome their hurts, habits, and hang-ups. This program offers a safe place to fellowship and learn from others with real-life struggles.

DivorceCare is a safe place to find hope and healing through a divorce or separation. The program is comprised of 13 weekly video-driven studies with friendly and caring people who will walk alongside you during this difficult life experience.

GriefShare
After the death of a loved one, everyday life can seem empty and overwhelming. GriefShare is a 13-week program and support system that meets once a week for two hours.
This group is designed to surround you with others walking the difficult road of loss and to lead you on a journey from grief to joy.

Single Moms Ministry
This group ministers to single moms through encouragement and regular times of fellowship.

WHAT: Fun, fellowship, encouragement for single mothers

Marriage Mentoring
Couples looking to be mentored are paired up with another trained, godly couple. They meet on their own schedules and use a mentoring curriculum based on the Love and Respect series. The program lasts about 8 weeks.
This opportunity is open to couples desiring to be mentored and couples with a desire to mentor others.

The Caring Journey
The Caring Journey offers support for those caring for a loved one with Alzheimers, dementia, or other long-term illness.

Autumn Angels (Widow Support)
Affectionately named Autumn Angels, this group is a part of Heritage’s Senior Adult Ministry and focuses on providing a time of fellowship and encouragement for our ladies who are single again.
