Global Ministries

With 7 billion people now living on earth, what can churches do to most effectively reach them with the gospel? The Leading a World Missions Church (LAWMC) seminar is designed to help the local church do what we’ve been commissioned to do, strategically and significantly.

This 2-day seminar emphasizes the responsibility of the local church in world missions, and will provide practical suggestions for implementing a church strategy, strategically selecting locations, proactively selecting missionaries, significantly supporting in finances and missionary care, educating your congregation through missions conferences, planning and leading short term missions trips, and much more.

LAWMC is geared toward pastors, lay leaders, agency representatives, and anyone else who desires to learn to be more strategic in missions. It has been taught in Lynchburg, Mexico City, Hong Kong, and several other locations around the U.S. and Canada.

If you are interested, you can contact us to inquire about one of our pastors coming to your church to present a customized LAWMC seminar to your congregation and/or the other pastors and missions leaders in your area. We may also be able to send one of our missionaries (on furlough or pre-field) trained to present and help implement these materials; they can work with your leadership to implement your strategy. Also, our former Senior Pastor, Dr. Jerry Kroll, retired from the church in October 2012 and as Pastor Emeritus is available to speak at conferences and teach LAWMC here or on the field. He was the impetus for our entire missions program. If you are interested in anything mentioned above, or if you have other questions, please contact the church office.
